What to expect when you book with us
From your first call to the final walk-through, we make spa removal straightforward, safe, and clean.
Day-of process & timing
We arrive in the scheduled window and confirm access before we touch anything. A typical removal takes 1.5 to 3 hours from start to finish, depending on spa size and access.
- Arrival and quick walk-around to confirm the plan
- Power, water, and gas lines are verified off before cutting
- Systematic disassembly and safe hauling to our trailer
- Final cleanup and walk-through with you before we leave
For cabins and rentals in Sevier County, we work around check-in/check-out times whenever possible.
Site protection
Your deck, patio, driveway, and landscaping matter. We protect work paths with plywood, moving blankets, and corner guards so heavy dollies and spa sections do not scratch or crack surfaces.
- Plywood runners across concrete, pavers, and composite decking
- Padding on gate posts, fence rails, and door frames
- Careful disassembly when a spa will not fit through a gate intact
- We flag any pre-existing damage before we begin
If fence or deck removal is needed for access, we discuss it in the quote and can coordinate basic carpentry to restore the opening.
Disposal & environmental handling
We haul everything away in our own trailer — you never have to arrange a dumpster or landfill trip. We separate recyclable materials such as metal frames, copper, and wiring from the shell and foam.
- All spa sections, plumbing, and wiring removed from your property
- Metal and electrical components recycled when possible
- Remaining debris taken to licensed disposal facilities
- We do not bury, burn, or abandon materials on site
Disposal is included in your flat-rate quote — no surprise landfill or transfer-station fees.
Final cleanup & walk-through
After the spa is gone, we sweep the area, remove stray foam pieces, and haul away any debris we created during the removal. We leave the space ready for whatever comes next.
- Remove screws, fasteners, and small debris from the work zone
- Broom-clean the driveway, patio, or deck surface
- Inspect gates, fences, and landscaping for any touch-ups
- Walk through with you and confirm the job is complete
We take photos of the completed area so you have a record, and we welcome your feedback before payment is finalized.
